Yay! I got back from Alton Towers, the theme park I went to on a mini holiday, about 2 hours ago. It was really good. I actually can't believe how good it is! The rides are really good! First we went into the little baby land and it was really funny. We went on the little park and then we went on "The Beastie" ride, which is a little tiny rollercoaster for like 4 year olds and Lizzie was like "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH" as a joke. Then we went around the park and just went onto random rides. We then decided to go on the cable cars, as they looked cool and they were slow and steady which is my kinda ride. We went over the trees and water and everthing, and then all of a sudden it stopped and we were like 2-3cm away from the end and then we were swaying in the wind and after about 10 mins this voice went sorry but we are having some techincal difficulties. I was so scared cuz of my claustrophobia and I was worried incase we had to jump onto something if they came to get us, but a woman who worked on the Cable cars managed to pull the line in, and get us in. So yeah, I don't think I will ever go back in any cable cars. We went to Pirate Land then and we were going to have a look around the sea life center. But the queues were MASSIVE so we skipped that. So instead, we bought a rain poncho and went on "Battle Galeons". That was really funny! It was a little boat with 8 people in and you had to spray other boats going past with little canons of water. I got soaked. Which is good to say it was a water ride. We bought a photo from that and our faces are really funny. Then we went back to the hotel on the monorail. We then saw our hotel which was really funny and cool. It was made to look like a beach, so the lights were all pineapples and the carpet looked like sand with bottles on and footprints. We didn't really have anything to do so we sat around listening to music and then coloured in a little activity book lol. Then we went down to tea and we went in the arcade too. But my friend had lots of chocolate so she felt very sick. So we went outside and went for a walk then had a lie down in the hotel room and watched the music channel. Later on we went to the arcade again then we went to the room and watched the music channel then went to sleep. In the morning we went to the theme park again but we got to do everything before anyone went in because we were in the hotel, so we went to the sea life center (camera wasnt working :@) then went back to the swimming pool which was in the hotel which is the BIGGEST swimming pool in Europe, I think thats what they said anyway. It had stairs and everything and like buckets to tip on people lol. So then we went home and here I am :)
